♥ I'm in newspaper!
Woots!! I never expect the Not One Less camp would get into Sin Chew Plus which is published nationally! I'm so proud of it as I'm one of the committees who did the camp voluntarily. The activity is known all around Malaysia, we would never expect that!
The organizer is SMJK Krian X Scout Troop. It is a troop which is set up by all the ex scout members from SMJK Krian. The main objective is to help up the SMJK Krian Scout Troop in all kind of problems and to gather all the ex scout members in the group. It was being established since 1996.
However, the visions of Krian X Scout Troop are added from time to time as the members are increasing as well. We set our visions further than what the organisation originally should be. Of course, we didn't change nor ignored the basic. We just add new tasks.
Krian X Scout Troop is full with bunch of passionate ex scouts who are ready to sacrifice because they want to see their old sod turn out to be a better place to stay. For now, we would just like to do as much things as possible to serve/offer help to the community effectively.
We start our move. A student camp, namely Not One Less is carried out in Tanjung Piandiang, a fishing village. Our motive is to train and help the children spiritually and mentally in order for them to have a healthy growth. Besides, for the sake of the parents to enhance parenthood in the family, a forum is held in the hall, inviting all the parents to have discussion and some debates. On the other hand, we indoctrinate the children positive values and also imbue them with correct ideological points of view. I hope what the children learn in the two days will indeed leave a good influence to their following stage of growing. =)
Well, well ,well.....! I actually appear in one of the pages of the newspaper!! xD
Can you find me?? I bet not as i also take some time discovering myself! lol..
